Resource Use

  • Services must be used in a way that does not harm server stability, network reputation, or other customers.

Security

  • Customers must keep websites, plugins, themes, scripts, and credentials reasonably secure.
  • Virtual Hosting Services may patch, disable, quarantine, or remove compromised files when needed to protect the service or other customers.
  • Customers must report suspected compromise or abuse promptly and cooperate with cleanup or mitigation requests.

Copyright And DMCA Notices

  • Virtual Hosting Services responds to valid copyright complaints under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and may remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing.
  • To report infringement, send a written notice to sysadmin@virsite.net identifying the copyrighted work, the specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information, along with a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, signed physically or electronically by the rights holder or an authorized agent.
  • If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact and good-faith details so the matter can be reviewed.
  • Written notices may also be sent to our designated contact at 350 Ward Av, Honolulu HI, 96813.
  • Accounts subject to repeated or substantiated infringement complaints may be suspended or terminated.

  • Whenever practical, customers will be contacted and given a chance to resolve non-urgent violations.
  • Repeated, severe, or intentional violations may result in termination without refund.
