Here's how the program works

A new Reseller must create a RESELLER accountwith Virtual Hosting Services, that will be their master account for all future activations. In addition, this account number will become your reseller ID number.

Resellers enter their Clients orders Credit Card  on our secure server  :

Note all Hosting Plans must be for at least a 1 year period

Be sure to enter your reseller ID when submitting an order so that it will be posted properly. In addition, you may use the customer's information on the order so that in the case of new registrations domain names will be registered in their name.

 Important Note: Be sure to use your email address on the order form because our system will email a contract and instruction to this address.

Upon receipt of payment , we will activate the account and , New Registraions, Register the domain name.

Responsibilities

Virtual Hosting Services Will Provide Technical Support To The Reseller. Discount Domain Registration. Virtual Hosting Services Will Never Contact Any Of Your Clients. The Reseller Will Bill Their Own Clients. Provide Technical Support To Their Clients.

Virtual Hosting Services (Nova Products- Hawaii) will bill the reseller and the reseller will bill their customer. This allows the reseller to sell additional value-added services to their customer and charge accordingly.

* All support inquires must originate from the reseller and not the customer. All billing will be completed at 12 month minimum increments.
